Any post or thread that violates any of the rules may be edited, moved, or deleted. In addition, moderators reserve the right to edit, move, or delete any post or thread for any reason.
1. Bannable Offenses (Account or IP temporary suspension or permanent ban):
A. Discussion of any private/emulated EverQuest servers.
B. Posting offensive material, particularly certain types of images (pornography, etc).
C. Spaming.
2. Warning Offenses (Second warning offense will result in a suspension or ban):
A. Trolling or harassing with or without the intention of disparaging the purpose of the site. Some forms of trolling may be considered spam and could
result in a ban.
B. Personal attacks and flaming: You may argue against what someone says, but do not attack the person who said it.
C. Excessive profanity: A little minor swearing to make a point is acceptable, but profanity for the sake of profanity is not.
3. Try to avoid (Continued violations may result in a warning):
A. Posting a thread in the wrong forum: Think about which forum a topic would best fit in before creating a new thread.
B. Images that stretch the forum width: If an image is too large, post it as a link or thumbnail, or it will be made into a link by a moderator.
C. Posting in all capitals: Especially in thread titles. Threads with a title in all capitals may be deleted.
D. Cross posting: Posting the same thing in more than one forum.
E. Double posting: Making two consecutive posts in the same thread. Edit your last post if the last post in a thread was by you.
F. Violating the signature rules.
